【摘要】:Thistestmethodprovidesmeansfordeterminingtheperformancequalityofamagneticshieldwhenplacedinamagneticfieldofalternatingpolarity.Thistestmethodprovidesmeansforestablishingthedesiredvalueofalternatingmagneticfieldstrength,ofsuitableuniformity,insideastandardtestcoil.Thistestmethodprovidestestsfordeterminingthestrengthofthealternatingmagneticfieldinsidethestandardcoil.Thistestmethodprovidestestsfordeterminingtheattenuationoftheestablishedalternatingmagneticfieldduetotheinsertionofamagneticshieldaroundthepointofmeasurement.ThistestmethodshallbeusedinconjunctionwithandshallconformtotherequirementsofPracticeA34.Thevaluesstatedineithercustomaryunits(cgs-emuandinch-pound)orSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Withinthetext,theSIunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemarenotexactequivalents:therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththespecification.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
