【摘要】:ThisPubliclyAvailableSpecification(PAS)specifiesrequirementsforestablishing,implementingandmaintainingprerequisiteprogrammes(PRPs)anddesignrequirementstoassistincontrollingfoodsafetyhazardsinthemanufactureoffoodpackaging.ThisPASisapplicabletoallorganizations,regardlessofsizeorcomplexities,thatmanufacturefoodpackaging.ThisPASisnotdesignedorintendedforuseinotherpartsofthefoodchain.Foodpackagingmanufacturingorganizationsarediverseinnature,andnotalloftherequirementsspecifiedinthisPASapplytoanindividualorganization.Eachorganizationisrequiredtoconductadocumentedfoodsafetyhazardandriskassessmentthatincludeseachrequirement.Whereexclusionsaremadeoralternativemeasuresareimplemented,theseneedtobejustifiedbythefoodsafetyhazardandriskassessment.ThisPASisnotamanagementsystemstandardandisintendedtobeusedbyfoodpackagingmanufacturingorganizationsthatwishtoimplementPRPsinsuchawayastoaddresstherequirementsspecifiedinBSENISO22000.ThisPASisintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithBSENISO22000,notinisolation.NOTEForthepurposeofthisPAS,thetermfoodincludesbeverages.
