【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoverscoextrudedcompositedrain,waste,andventpipe(DWV).ThepipeisproducedinSchedule40IPSsizesbyacoextrusiondiesystem,inwhichtheconcentriclayersareformedandcombinedbeforeexitingthedie.Coextrudedcompositedrain,waste,andventpipe,DWV,bydefinition,ispermittedtobeproducedwithtwoormorelayers.TheouterlayershallbeABS.ThemiddlelayerispermittedtobethermallyfoamedPVCorsolidPVCorablendofreworkmaterial,asspecifiedinthereworkmaterialsection.TheinnerlayerispermittedtobesolidPVCorABS,orablendofreworkmaterialasspecifiedinthereworkmaterialsection.Thefunctionofthisspecificationistoprovidestandardizationofproduct,technicaldata,andserveasapurchasingguide.DWVispermittedtobeproducedutilizingatwolayerorthreelayercoextrusiondie.Materialsthatdonotmeettherequirementsofthematerialsectionareexcluded.PipeproducedtothisspecificationispermittedtobejoinedusingmoldedfittingsmeetingtherequirementsofSpecificationD2661orSpecificationF628.ThefittingpatternsmustcomplywithSpecificationD3311.Pipeproducedtothisspecificationispermittedtobeperforatedinaccordancewithanyspecifiedstandardorbyagreementbetweenthepurchaserandthesupplier.Pipeproducedtothisspecificationispermittedtobebelledforjoiningbysolventcementingorbelledforjoiningbyanelastomericseal(gasket),inaccordancewithanyspecifiedstandardorbyagreementbetweenthepurchaserandthesupplier.Recommendationsforstorage,joining,andinstallationareprovidedinAppendixX1,AppendixX2,andAppendixX3,respectively.Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.TheSIunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thetextofthisspecificationreferencesnotes,footnotes,andappendixeswhichprovideexplanatorymaterial.Thesenotesandfootnotes(excludingthoseintablesandfigures)shallnotbeconsideredasrequirementsofthisspecification.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note1-Specificationsrelatedtothisspecificationareasfollows:SpecificationsD2661,D2665,F628,andF891.
