【摘要】:1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesbasicrequirementsforinstallation,function,performance,documentation,testingandcommissioningofcompressedmedicalgasesandvacuumpipelinesystemstoensurepatientsafetybycontinuousdeliveryofthecorrectgasfromthepipelinesystem.Itincludesbasicrequirementsforthesourcesofsupply,distributionsystem,control,monitoringandalarmsystems,andfornon-interchangeabilitybetweencomponentsofdifferentgassystems.TheobjectiveofthispartofthisEuropeanStandardistoensurethefollowing:a)designofequipmenttoensurenon-interchangeabilitybetweendifferentgassystems;b)provisionofreservesuppliesofgasandreserveplantinordertoensurecontinuoussupply;c)useofcorrectmaterials,andtheircleanliness;d)correctinstallation;e)control,monitoringandalarmsystems;f)markingofthepipelinesystem;g)testing,commissioningandcertification;e)purityofthegasesdeliveredbythesystem.ThescopeofthisEuropeanStandarddoesnotincludetheprovisionofgas-specificconnectorsformobileandstationarycryogenicvesselsandtransportvehicles,norfortheinlet/outletofnon-cryogenicliquidandgascylinders.Suchgas-specificconnectors,however,areessentialtoensurethatonlythecorrectgascanbeusedforthegassupplytothepatient.2ThisEuropeanStandardappliesonlytopipelinesystemsforthefollowingmedicalgases:—oxygen;—nitrousoxide;—airforbreathing;—carbondioxide;—oxygen/nitrousoxidemixture[50:50(%V/V)];—airfordrivingsurgicaltools;—nitrogenfordrivingsurgicaltoolsandtopipelinesystemsfor:—vacuum.3ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytoterminalunits,dimensionsofprobes,hoseassembliesandcolourcodingformedicalgaseswhicharespecifiedinotherpartsofthisEuropeanStandard(EN737-1andprEN737-6:1996)andinotherEuropeanStandards(EN739).4ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytopipelinesystemssuppliedbyoxygenconcentratorswhichcomplywithISO10083.
