【摘要】:Theprocedurescoveredinthisguidearegeneralandprovidetheuserwithinformationhelpfulforwritingsamplingplans,safetyplans,labelingandshippingprocedures,chain-of-custodyprocedures,generalsamplingprocedures,generalcleaningprocedures,andgeneralpreservationprocedures.Forpurposesofthisguide,itisassumedthattheuserhasknowledgeofthewastebeingsampledandthepossiblesafetyhazards.Thisguideisnottobeusedwhensamplingsitesorwasteswheresafetyhazardsareunknown.Insuchcases,theusermustuseothermoreappropriateprocedures.1.1Thisguideprovidesinformationforformulatingandplanningthemanyaspectsofwastesampling(see1.2)whicharecommontomostwastesamplingsituations.1.2Theaspectsofsamplingwhichthisguideaddressesareasfollows:1.3Thisguidedoesnotprovidecomprehensivesamplingproceduresfortheseaspects,nordoesitserveasaguidetoanyspecificapplication.Itistheresponsibilityoftheusertoassurethattheproceduresusedareproperandadequate.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Formorespecificprecautionarystatementssee,,andSection.
