适用范围
本标准规定了检测钢网架焊接空心球、球管焊缝以及钢管对接焊缝用单斜探头接触法超声波探伤确定缺陷位置、尺寸和缺陷评定的一般方法以及质量分级方法。本标准适用于母材厚度4mm～25mm、球径不小于120mm、管径不小于76mm普通碳素钢和低合金钢焊接空心球、球管焊缝及钢管对接焊缝A型脉冲反射式手工超声波探伤以及根据探伤结果进行的质量分级。
